We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us within 7 days.

You may cancel an order before it has been processed for delivery. To cancel an order please contact us via email or telephone. During busy periods we may not read your email prior to your order being dispatched we therefore recommend you contact us by telephone.

We try to process returns as quickly as possible but sometimes it can take up to 7 days during busy periods. If you have any queries about an item you have returned please contact us.

Once an item has been returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item(s) returned. We do not refund postage charges.
